Hi, I'm Kim. As a real estate agent I am thrilled to show renters that they can become become a first time homeowner! I remember being a renter, never being able to really settle into the "home" I had rented. Knowing there was a time limit and I would have to look for a new place or hope the rent increase wasn't crazy. I got tired of the hamster wheel. From Renter to Homeowner
I knew I wanted off the hamster wheel and found a home that wasn't even listed in the neighborhood I loved. But in that process I found out there was a lot to know and I was not feeling prepared. I ended up buying the home but it also showed me that first time buyers don't always feel fully informed and confident in their home buying process.
This is why I became a real estate agent, I saw the value of homeownership and putting my money to work for myself and investing in my future which also meant my families future. I also wanted to make sure you can feel comfortable and fully aware of the ins and outs of buying your first home. I love helping other renters invest in their financial future and become a first time homeowner!
